Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die mobile Anwendung NELORA („die App").
Wir nehmen den Schutz Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten sehr ernst und behandeln sie vertraulich sowie entsprechend der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).
NELORA unterstützt Sie dabei, sich auf Notfälle und Krisensituationen vorzubereiten, indem Sie strukturierte Anleitungen mit Schritt-für-Schritt-Abläufen erstellen und im Ernstfall abrufen können.

## 3. Welche Daten werden verarbeitet?
### 3.1 Lokal gespeicherte Daten
NELORA speichert alle von Ihnen erfassten Inhalte ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät, z. B.:

- **Schritte & Abläufe**: Titel, Beschreibung, Reihenfolge, Zeitangaben, Notizen
- **QuickInfo**: z. B. Notfallnummern, Kontonummern, PINs, Adressen (optional maskiert)
- **Ausführungshistorie**: Zeitstempel und Notizen bei der Durchführung von Anleitungen
- **Notfallkontakte (optional)**: Name & Telefonnummer
- **Rollen & Filter**: Zuständigkeitsbereiche und Ordnungsstrukturen
- **QR-Codes**: Lokal generierte oder gescannte QR-Inhalte
- **Sicherheitsoptionen**: PIN-Einstellungen und Biometrie-Konfiguration
- **Einstellungen**: Sprache, Design, App-Konfigurationen
**Wichtig:** Diese Daten werden nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen. Sie bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät, solange die App installiert ist. NELORA folgt dem Offline-First-Prinzip.
### 3.2 Keine Benutzerkonten
NELORA erfordert keine Registrierung und erstellt keine Benutzerkonten. Für die optionale Cloud-Synchronisation wird eine anonyme Authentifizierung verwendet, bei der eine technische Geräte-ID erstellt wird. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Anmeldedaten (Name, E-Mail, Passwort) erhoben.
## 4. Berechtigungen
Je nach Nutzung kann NELORA Berechtigungen anfordern. Diese dienen ausschließlich der jeweiligen Funktion.
### 4.1 Kontakte
**Zweck:** Auswahl von Notfallkontakten aus Ihrem Adressbuch
- Nur wenn Sie aktiv Kontakte auswählen
- Nur ausgewählte Kontakte werden lokal gespeichert
- Keine automatische Synchronisation des gesamten Adressbuchs
- Bei aktivierter Cloud-Synchronisation können ausgewählte Kontaktdaten innerhalb Ihrer Gruppe geteilt werden
**Kontrolle:** Widerruf jederzeit in den Geräteeinstellungen möglich.
### 4.2 Kamera
**Zweck:** Scannen von QR-Codes zur Übernahme von Anleitungen
- Kamera wird nur aktiv, wenn Sie den QR-Scan bewusst nutzen
- Verarbeitung erfolgt lokal
- Keine Übertragung an uns oder Dritte
### 4.3 Biometrie
**Zweck:** Optionale biometrische Authentifizierung als Alternative zur PIN
- Nutzung ausschließlich über Betriebssystem-APIs
- NELORA speichert oder verarbeitet keine biometrischen Daten
- NELORA erhält nur „erfolgreich/fehlgeschlagen“
### 4.4 Benachrichtigungen
**Zweck:** Optionale lokale Erinnerungen und Hinweise
- Ausschließlich lokale Benachrichtigungen auf Ihrem Gerät
- Keine Daten an Server von 603Games oder Dritte
- Kein Tracking oder Analyse über Benachrichtigungen
**Kontrolle:** Benachrichtigungen können jederzeit in den NELORA-Einstellungen oder den Geräteeinstellungen deaktiviert werden.
### 4.5 Internetzugriff
**Zweck:** NELORA arbeitet grundsätzlich offline. Internet wird nur benötigt für:
- Cloud-Synchronisation (optional, nur bei aktivierter Gruppenfunktion)
- Öffnen von Links (Datenschutz/Impressum) im Browser
- Öffnen der Entwicklerseite oder anderer Apps im Store
- Abwicklung von In-App-Käufen über Google Play Billing (Android) bzw. Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
**Kontrolle:** Dabei werden keine Inhalte aus NELORA an uns übertragen. Cloud-Sync-Daten werden ausschließlich an Google Firebase übermittelt.
### 4.6 Cloud-Synchronisation
**Zweck:** Optionales Teilen von Anleitungen mit einer Gruppe über Google Firebase
- Nur wenn Sie eine Gruppe erstellen oder beitreten
- Nur explizit freigegebene Anleitungen werden synchronisiert
- Anonyme Authentifizierung (keine E-Mail oder Passwort nötig)
- Daten werden in der EU gespeichert
- Bei freigegebenen Anleitungen werden auch verknüpfte Kontakte, Dokumente, Bilder und Notizen synchronisiert
**Kontrolle:** Sie können die Synchronisation jederzeit deaktivieren indem Sie die Gruppe verlassen.
## 5. Sicherheitsfunktionen (optional)
### 5.1 PIN-Schutz
4–6-stellige PIN zum Schutz einzelner Inhalte:
- PIN wird
**nicht im Klartext** gespeichert; sie wird aus der Eingabe abgeleitet (PBKDF2, sicher abgeleitet, 100.000 Iterationen)
- Keine Übertragung an externe Server
- Bei Verlust der PIN können geschützte Inhalte **nicht wiederhergestellt** werden
Hinweis: Der PIN-Schutz ersetzt keine Geräteverschlüsselung oder Diebstahlschutz.
### 5.2 Biometrische Authentifizierung
- Alternative zur PIN (geräteeigene Biometrie)
- Nutzung ausschließlich über Betriebssystem-APIs (z. B. FaceID/TouchID/Android Biometrics)
- NELORA speichert oder verarbeitet **keine biometrischen Daten**
- NELORA erhält nur „erfolgreich/fehlgeschlagen"
### 5.3 Lokale Speicherung
- Keine Cloud-Synchronisation von PIN/biometrischen Daten
- Bei Deinstallation werden App-Daten gelöscht
## 6. Keine Werbung, kein Tracking
NELORA zeigt keine Werbung an und verwendet keine Tracking- oder Analyse-Tools. Es werden keine Nutzungsprofile erstellt.
## 7. In-App-Käufe (NELORA Premium)
### 7.1 Premium-Funktionen
- Unbegrenzte Anleitungen (Free-Version: bis zu 3)
- Unbegrenzte Kategorien und Schritte pro Anleitung
- QR-Codes generieren & teilen
- Erweiterte Export-Funktionen
- Cloud-Sync: Anleitungen mit einer Gruppe teilen
### 7.2 Bezahlmodell
NELORA Premium ist ein
**einmaliger Kauf (Lifetime) – kein Abonnement und keine wiederkehrenden Gebühren**. Der aktuelle Preis wird im Google Play Store bzw. Apple App Store angezeigt.
### 7.3 Zahlungsabwicklung
Zahlungen erfolgen ausschließlich über Google/Apple (Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase).
- 603Games erhält
**keine Zahlungsdaten** (Kreditkarte, Bankverbindung, PayPal etc.)
- Technische Lizenzinformationen können lokal zur Verifizierung des Kaufs verarbeitet werden
### 7.4 Keine Verknüpfung mit Ihren Inhalten
Die Premium-Berechtigung wird nicht mit Ihren Inhalten verknüpft. Es wird kein Nutzerprofil erstellt.
### 7.5 Käufe wiederherstellen
Bei Neuinstallation können Sie den Kauf über „Käufe wiederherstellen" reaktivieren.
### 7.6 Rechtsgrundlage
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).
## 8. Datenspeicherung & Datensicherheit
### 8.1 Lokale Speicherung
- Strukturierte Daten werden lokal in einer App-Datenbank gespeichert
- PINs werden nicht im Klartext gespeichert, sondern abgeleitet (PBKDF2)
- Export-Dateien werden lokal erstellt
- Keine automatische Übertragung an externe Server
### 8.3 Export-Funktionen
- JSON-Export: strukturiertes Format zur Datensicherung/Wiederherstellung
- Excel/XLSX-Export: tabellarisches Format zur Dokumentation
- QR-Code-Sharing: Weitergabe einzelner Anleitungen
Exporte werden lokal erstellt. Sie entscheiden, wo und wie Sie diese speichern oder teilen.
### 8.2 Cloud-Synchronisation
NELORA bietet eine optionale Cloud-Synchronisation über Google Firebase. Diese Funktion ist standardmäßig deaktiviert und muss von Ihnen bewusst aktiviert werden.
**Welche Daten werden synchronisiert:**
- Anleitungen (Titel, Beschreibung, Kategorie, Icon, QuickInfo)
- Schritte (Titel, Beschreibung, Typ, Konfiguration, Reihenfolge)
- Kontaktdaten (Name, Telefonnummer, E-Mail, Adresse, URL, Notizen)
- Dokumente und Fotos (Titel, Dateityp, Datei selbst via Firebase Storage)
- Bild-Anhänge an Schritten (Bilddateien via Firebase Storage)
- Schritt-Notizen (Text, Audio, Bilder, Dokumente — inkl. Dateien via Firebase Storage)
- Technische Sync-Metadaten (IDs, Zuordnungen, Änderungszeitpunkte)
**Welche Daten werden NICHT synchronisiert (bleiben lokal):**
- Ausführungshistorie (bleibt lokal pro Gerät)
- PIN/Sicherheitseinstellungen
- App-Einstellungen (Theme, Sprache)
- Rollen (lokal pro Gerät, werden nicht synchronisiert)
**Rechtsgrundlage:** Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung). Die Cloud-Synchronisation ist optional und wird nur nach Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung aktiviert.
Vor Aktivierung der Cloud-Synchronisation werden Sie um Ihre ausdrückliche Einwilligung gebeten. Sie können die Einwilligung jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen widerrufen.
### 8.3 Authentifizierung
Für die Cloud-Synchronisation wird eine anonyme Authentifizierung über Firebase Authentication verwendet. Dabei wird eine zufällige, dauerhafte Geräte-ID (UID) erstellt. Diese UID kann ein personenbezogenes Datum darstellen, da sie bei erneuter Nutzung wiedererkannt werden kann. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Anmeldedaten (Name, E-Mail, Passwort) erhoben.
### 8.4 Auftragsverarbeitung
Die Cloud-Infrastruktur wird von Google Firebase bereitgestellt. Es besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.

### 8.5 Drittlandübermittlung
Die Datenverarbeitung kann außerhalb des EWR stattfinden (z. B. USA). Schutzmaßnahmen: EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs) und/oder EU-US Data Privacy Framework, soweit anwendbar. Details entnehmen Sie der [Datenschutzerklärung von Google Firebase](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

### 8.6 Löschung von Cloud-Daten (Art. 17 DSGVO)
Beim Verlassen einer Gruppe werden Ihre synchronisierten Daten aus der Cloud gelöscht. Sie können wählen ob lokale Kopien behalten werden. Private Anleitungen sind nie in der Cloud.
### 8.7 Sicherheit der Cloud-Daten
- Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt (TLS/HTTPS)
- Daten werden verschlüsselt gespeichert (Encryption at Rest)
- Keine Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung — der Cloud-Anbieter hat technisch Zugriff auf die gespeicherten Daten
**Widerrufsrecht:** Sie können Ihre Einwilligung zur Cloud-Synchronisation jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen widerrufen. Der Widerruf betrifft die künftige Verarbeitung; die bis zum Widerruf rechtmäßig erfolgte Verarbeitung bleibt unberührt.
## 9. Datenweitergabe an Dritte
Bei aktivierter Cloud-Synchronisation werden die oben genannten Daten an Google Firebase als Auftragsverarbeiter übertragen. Eine Weitergabe an sonstige Dritte erfolgt nicht, außer bei gesetzlicher Verpflichtung.

## 10. Ihre Rechte (DSGVO)
Da die Daten lokal gespeichert sind, haben Sie direkten Zugriff in der App. Es erfolgt keine zentrale Verarbeitung durch 603Games.
- Auskunft (Art. 15): Direkter Zugriff über die App
- Berichtigung (Art. 16): Alle Daten jederzeit bearbeitbar
- Löschung (Art. 17): Einzelne Einträge, Cloud-Daten über App-Einstellungen oder alle Daten durch Deinstallation
- Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20): Export via JSON/Excel
- Widerspruch (Art. 21): Derzeit nicht relevant (kein Tracking)

## 11. Minderjährige
Die App richtet sich nicht speziell an Kinder. Kinder unter 16 Jahren sollten NELORA nur mit Zustimmung der Eltern nutzen. Die App erfordert keine Registrierung und sammelt keine personenbezogenen Stammdaten.

Wir können diese Datenschutzerklärung aktualisieren. Die aktuelle Version ist in der App und online verfügbar.

# Nutzungsbedingungen / EULA
## 1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen (EULA) regeln die Nutzung der mobilen Anwendung NELORA („die App"), entwickelt von 603Games – Andreas Köppler & Lisa Köppler GbR.
Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen der App erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden.
## 2. Lizenzgewährung
603Games gewährt Ihnen ein einfaches,
**nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares und widerrufliches** Recht, die App auf Ihren privaten mobilen Endgeräten zu nutzen.
Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht:
- primär zur Weiterveräußerung oder kommerziellen Distribution zu nutzen
- zu dekompilieren, zurückzuentwickeln oder zu disassemblieren
- zu kopieren, zu modifizieren oder abgeleitete Werke zu erstellen
- an Dritte zu verkaufen, zu vermieten oder zu lizenzieren
- zur Verbreitung von Malware oder illegalen Inhalten zu missbrauchen
## 3. Eigentum und geistiges Eigentum
Die App einschließlich aller Texte, Grafiken, Benutzeroberflächen, Marken, Logos und Software ist Eigentum von 603Games und durch Urheberrechte und andere geistige Eigentumsrechte geschützt.
## 4. Ihre Inhalte
Alle von Ihnen erstellten Inhalte bleiben Ihr Eigentum. Ihre Inhalte werden lokal gespeichert und bei aktivierter Cloud-Synchronisation zusätzlich an den Cloud-Dienst übertragen. 603Games hat keinen Zugriff auf Ihre Inhalte über die technische Infrastruktur hinaus.
Sie sind allein verantwortlich für Ihre erstellten Inhalte und verpflichten sich, keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte zu erstellen und keine Rechte Dritter zu verletzen.
## 5. Premium-Funktionen und In-App-Käufe
Bestimmte Funktionen können durch einen einmaligen In-App-Kauf (Lifetime) freigeschaltet werden. Der aktuelle Preis wird im Google Play Store bzw. Apple App Store angezeigt. Die Zahlung erfolgt über Ihr Google/Apple-Konto.
Das Widerrufsrecht kann gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB bei digitalen Inhalten erlöschen, wenn Sie ausdrücklich zustimmen, dass mit der Ausführung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird.
## 6. Gewährleistung und Haftung
Wir bemühen uns, die App fehlerfrei und verfügbar zu halten. Eine Garantie kann jedoch nicht übernommen werden. Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte bleiben unberührt.
603Games haftet für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Kardinalpflichten), begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Die Haftung für Schäden an Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.
Auch bei aktivierter Cloud-Synchronisation empfehlen wir regelmäßige lokale Datensicherungen. 603Games haftet nicht für Datenverlust durch Störungen des Cloud-Dienstes, Deinstallation, Gerätewechsel, Zurücksetzen, Hardwaredefekte oder versehentliches Löschen.
**Empfehlung:** Nutzen Sie regelmäßig die Export-Funktionen der App zur Datensicherung!
NELORA dient ausschließlich der Information und Organisation. Die App ersetzt keine professionelle Beratung (medizinisch, rechtlich, finanziell etc.). Im Notfall kontaktieren Sie die zuständigen Rettungsdienste (**112** in Europa,
**911** in den USA).
## 7. Verfügbarkeit und Updates
Wir behalten uns vor, die App oder Funktionen jederzeit zu ändern, zu aktualisieren oder einzustellen. Die Nutzung der aktuellsten Version wird empfohlen.
## 8. Kündigung
Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit durch Deinstallation beenden. Wir behalten uns vor, Ihre Nutzungsberechtigung bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen zu beenden.
## 9. Änderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen

## 10. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

NELORA helps you prepare for emergencies and crisis situations by creating structured guides with step-by-step instructions that you can access when needed.

## 3. Data Processing (Local-Only)
### 3.1 Locally Stored Data
All content you create is stored locally on your device, including:

**Guides**: Title, description, category, icon, roles, favorite status
- **Steps & Procedures**: Title, description, order, time specifications, notes
- **QuickInfo**: e.g. emergency numbers, account numbers, PINs, addresses (optionally masked)
- **Execution History**: Timestamps and notes when running guides
- **Emergency Contacts (optional)**: Name & phone number
- **Roles & Filters**: Areas of responsibility and organizational structures
- **QR Codes**: Locally generated or scanned QR content
- **Security Options**: PIN settings and biometric configuration
- **Settings**: Language, theme, app configurations
**Important:** This data is not transmitted to us or third parties. It remains on your device as long as the app is installed.
### 3.2 No User Accounts
NELORA does not require registration and does not create user accounts. For optional cloud synchronization, anonym authentication is used, which creates a technical device ID. No personal login data (name, email, password) is collected.
## 4. Permissions
### 4.1 Contacts
**Purpose:** Select emergency contacts from your address book
- Only when you actively choose contacts
- Only selected contacts are stored locally
- No automatic synchronization of entire address book
- With cloud sync enabled, selected contact data may be shared within your group
**Control:** Can be revoked at any time in device settings.
### 4.2 Camera
**Purpose:** Scanning QR codes to import guides
- Camera is only active when you consciously use QR scan
- Processing is local only
- No transmission to us or third parties
### 4.3 Biometrics
**Purpose:** Optional biometric authentication as alternative to PIN
- Uses OS authentication APIs only
- NELORA does not store or process biometric data
- NELORA only receives “success/failure”
### 4.4 Notifications
**Purpose:** Optional local reminders and notifications
- Local notifications on your device only
- No data sent to 603Games servers or third parties
- No tracking or analytics via notifications
**Control:** Notifications can be disabled at any time in NELORA settings or device settings.
### 4.5 Internet Access
**Purpose:** NELORA works offline by default. Internet is only required for:
- Cloud synchronization (optional, only when group feature is enabled)
- Opening links (privacy/imprint) in browser
- Opening developer page or other apps in store
- Processing in-app purchases via Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
**Control:** No NELORA content is transmitted to us. Cloud sync data is transmitted exclusively to Google Firebase.
### 4.6 Cloud Sync
**Purpose:** Optional sharing of guides with a group via Google Firebase
- Only when you create or join a group
- Only explicitly shared guides are synchronized
- Anonymous authentication (no email or password required)
- Data is stored in the EU
- For shared guides, linked contacts, documents, images and notes are also synchronized
**Control:** You can disable sync at any time by leaving the group.

## 6. No Ads, No Tracking
NELORA displays no advertising and uses no tracking or analytics tools. No usage profiles are created.
## 7. In-App Purchases (NELORA Premium)
### 7.1 Premium Features
- Unlimited guides (Free version: up to 3)
- Unlimited categories and steps per guide
- Generate & share QR codes
- Advanced export functions
- Cloud sync: share guides with a group
### 7.2 Payment Model
NELORA Premium is a
**one-time purchase (Lifetime) – no subscription and no recurring fees**. The current price is displayed in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
### 7.3 Payment Processing
Payments are handled exclusively by Google/Apple (Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase).
- 603Games does not receive any payment data (credit card, bank details, PayPal, etc.)
- Technical license information may be processed locally to verify the purchase
### 7.4 No Linking with Your Content
The premium authorization is not linked to your content. No user profile is created.
### 7.5 Restore Purchases
After reinstallation, you can reactivate your purchase via "Restore Purchases".

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
## 8. Data Storage & Security
Structured data is stored locally in an app database. PINs are not stored in plain text but derived (PBKDF2). Export files are created locally. No automatic transmission to external servers.
### Export Functions
- JSON export: structured format for backup/restore
- Excel/XLSX export: tabular format for documentation
- QR code sharing: share individual guides
Exports are created locally. You decide where and how to store or share them.
### 8.2 Cloud Synchronization
NELORA offers optional cloud synchronization via Google Firebase. This feature is disabled by default and must be consciously activated by you.
**Data that is synchronized:**
- Guides (title, description, category, icon, quick info)
- Steps (title, description, type, configuration, order)
- Contact data (name, phone number, email, address, URL, notes)
- Documents and photos (title, file type, file itself via Firebase Storage)
- Image attachments on steps (image files via Firebase Storage)
- Step notes (text, audio, images, documents — including files via Firebase Storage)
- Technical sync metadata (IDs, references, modification timestamps)
**Data that is NOT synchronized (remains local):**
- Execution history (stays local per device)
- PIN/security settings
- App settings (theme, language)
- Roles (local per device, not synchronized)
**Legal basis:** Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Cloud synchronization is optional and only activated after your explicit consent.
Before activating cloud synchronization, you will be asked for your explicit consent. You can revoke this consent at any time in the app settings.
### 8.3 Authentication
Cloud synchronization uses anonymous authentication via Firebase Authentication. A random, persistent device ID (UID) is created. This UID may constitute personal data as it can be used to re-identify the device. No personal login data (name, email, password) is collected.
### 8.4 Data Processing
The cloud infrastructure is provided by Google Firebase. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

### 8.5 Third-Country Transfers
Data processing may take place outside the EEA (e.g., USA). Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable. For details, see the [Google Firebase Privacy Policy](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

### 8.6 Deletion of Cloud Data (Art. 17 GDPR)
When leaving a group, your synchronized data is deleted from the cloud. You can choose to keep local copies. Private guides are never stored in the cloud.
### 8.7 Cloud Data Security
- Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS/HTTPS)
- Data is stored encrypted (Encryption at Rest)
- No end-to-end encryption — the cloud provider has technical access to stored data
**Right of revocation:** You can revoke your consent to cloud synchronization at any time in the app settings. Revocation applies to future processing; processing lawfully carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
## 9. Data Sharing with Third Parties
When cloud synchronization is active, the above-mentioned data is transmitted to Google Firebase as a data processor. No sharing with other third parties takes place, except when required by law.

## 10. Your Rights (GDPR)
Since data is stored locally, you have direct access in the app. No centralized processing by 603Games takes place.

# Terms of Use / EULA
## 1. Scope
These Terms of Use (EULA) govern the use of the mobile application NELORA ("the App"), developed by 603Games – Andreas Köppler & Lisa Köppler GbR.
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
## 2. License Grant
603Games grants you a simple,
**non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable** right to use the app on your private mobile devices.
You agree not to:
- Use the app primarily for resale or commercial distribution
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the app
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Sell, rent, or license the app to third parties
- Use the app to distribute malware or illegal content
## 3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The app, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of 603Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
## 4. Your Content
All content you create remains your property. Your content is stored locally and, when cloud synchronization is enabled, additionally transmitted to the cloud service. 603Games does not access your content beyond the technical infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to create unlawful content or violate third-party rights.
## 5. Premium Features and In-App Purchases
Certain features can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase (Lifetime). The current price is displayed in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Payment is processed through your Google/Apple account.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with applicable law if you expressly consent to performance beginning before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
## 6. Warranty and Liability
We strive to keep the app error-free and available. However, no guarantee can be given. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
603Games is liable for intent and gross negligence according to statutory provisions. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for damages to life, body, or health and under product liability law remains unaffected.
Even with cloud synchronization enabled, we recommend regular local data backups. 603Games is not liable for data loss due to cloud service disruptions, uninstallation, device change, reset, hardware defects, or accidental deletion.
**Recommendation:** Regularly use the app's export functions for data backup!
NELORA serves exclusively for information and organization. The app does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). In emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services (**112** in Europe,
**911** in the USA).
## 7. Availability and Updates
We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue the app or features at any time. Use of the latest version is recommended.
## 8. Termination
You can end your use at any time by uninstalling. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms.

## 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
